GEZE UK, the UK's leading supplier of door and window control systems, is opening the door for new business at a prestigious office development in Liverpool's city centre.
The fast pace of regeneration in the city has increased the demand for innovative design and creative architecture, including popular glass entrances. GEZE's expertise in specifying and installing door closers which complement the architects vision has made it the perfect partner for developers of three exciting projects in Liverpool in just a few months.
jmarchitects, who designed the 144,000 sq ft office development in City Square, Tithebarn Street, had a very clear idea of how the main entrance should look. GEZE was brought in to develop a solution that perfectly fitted with the creative demands, as well as provide a practical entrance for a busy office.
GEZE fitted a stylish Slimdrive SCR onto a glass faÇade, framed by a small canopy. This simple, impressive solution fitted perfectly with the faÇade of the building, installed by subcontractor Parry Bowen.
GEZE's UK specification manager, Paul Wyatt, commented: 'This project perfectly suited our area of expertise and it's great to be involved in the redevelopment of this vibrant city.
