Greenwood Airvac has launched a new, comprehensive specifiers guide, produced with the changes to the Building Regulations in mind. New build and refurbishment are now separated within the guide, each section having suitable information, products and systems that may be installed in accordance with the new requirements. The brochure also includes a number of illustrations of how to apply the new performance-based standards, simplifying what may be viewed as complicated changes to the industry.
From traditional intermittent extract fans to heat recovery systems, the full range of products available from Greenwood Airvac are clearly displayed and explained in the brochure, including all relevant performance, control and installation information. All Greenwood Airvac products are designed and manufactured by the company and have been developed with both Part F and Part L of the building regulations in mind.
Particularly important following the changes, the brochure now includes information on trickle ventilators outlining their use in conjunction with whole house ventilation systems under the new performance approach. The brochure also focuses on specific products that are suitable for local authorities and housing associations.
In all, the new guide is more easily navigated to facilitate searches for appropriate solutions and forms the second part in a series of new communication material that has been developed to provide simplistic advice on Building Regulation changes for the industry.
