 | | SPECTUS SASH WINS £370K CHARLES CHURCH PROJECT FOR SASH WINDOWS (BRADFORD) | | | Spectus | | 03/01/2008 | | | Sash Windows (Bradford) UK Ltd recently won a £370,000 contract with Charles Church housing developers. The project involved fabricating 600 Spectus vertical sliders with authentic Georgian bars for large luxury properties in Bransburton, Hull, installed by Vulcan Windows. The 41 properties, worth between £700,000 and £800,000, are detached and all have between five and seven bedrooms.
Jason Lee, Managing Director of Sash Windows (Bradford) UK Ltd, explains: “Vertical sliders have been chosen for this development because of the style of the properties. The Spectus sash helped us win the project because it’s top quality, authentic and aesthetically superior to other vertical sliders on the market.”
Dave Proctor at Vulcan Windows states: “The Spectus vertical slider is top-class and really suits the luxury properties. We have a great long-term relationship with Sash Windows (Bradford) and look forward to continue this in 2008.” | |
