NEW WEBSITE PROMOTES INNOVATIVE GREYWATER MANAGEMENT SOLUTION FROM MACDEE

A new website has been launched which gives details of one of today’s most innovative greywater management solutions. Created by CME Sanitary Systems, the new website explains how the company’s new Ecoplay micro greywater recycling system can reduce the quantity of fresh water used for flushing toilets by up to 30%.

The site explains how the Ecoplay system recycles bath and shower water for use in toilet flushing, thus creating savings on water and sewage bills for the end-user and helping preserve our water resources. This unique system was recently voted as Green Product of the Year at the inaugural Sustainable Building Services Awards and it has received an enthusiastic response from architects, specifiers and developers since its UK launch late last year.

Featured on the new website are details of how Ecoplay collects, cleans and stores water draining from the bath and shower, and the ability of its intelligent control system to manage this recycled water and automatically flush it to drain if it is not used within a specified time period. Many other benefits are also highlighted, such as Ecoplay’s ability to help a typical home reach level 3 or 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Technical information covering the various Ecoplay models and their installation are also available from the site, along with a list of Frequently Asked Questions and details of associated products such as Celmac toilet seats and Macdee flushing systems.
