NEW GUIDE TO JOINT SEALING TAPE
Tremco illbruck Ltd
10/03/2008
A new guide to its Compriband 600 impregnated joint sealing tape is available from Tremco illbruck.
Designed for use in a wide variety of movement joints, Compriband 600 is weather-tight against the most severe combinations of wind and rain and meets the needs for an effective external weather seal in building and civil engineering applications.
A special feature of Compriband 600 is its ability to continuously expand and contract to accommodate movement whilst still sealing the joints.
Compriband 600 is made with soft and flexible open cell polyurethane foam, impregnated with an acrylic based, UV stabilised resin. The resin is water repellent and contains a fire retardant.
Available in anthracite and grey, it is supplied as pre-compressed rolls with a self-adhesive side to aid initial location.
