 | | KEEPMOAT PROVIDES HOSPITAL TRANSPORT
| | | Keepmoat | | 05/10/2006 | | | Keepmoat has donated a much needed vehicle to Weston Park Hospital, Sheffield.
The hospital, which specialises in the treatment and research of cancer, requires the vehicle for collecting donation boxes carrying much needed charitable contributions from the public. Bramall Construction, which is delivering regeneration projects in the area as part of Keepmoat, have sourced and contributed to the lease of the car - the new Chevrolet Matiz which has just been introduced to the UK.
As well as Bramall Construction, the other Keepmoat businesses which have invested in the project are Haslam Homes, Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) and Chevron.
Neil Baxter, Managing Director of Bramall Construction, said: 'We are delighted to be involved with this important project. The work we do isn't just about bricks and mortar, it's about building a better community.
'Weston Park is central to many people's lives in Sheffield and we hope that we can really help to make it a great success.'
Cat Newman of Weston Park Hospital, said: 'Keepmoat have been fantastic in helping improve the difficult logistics of collecting charitable donations. It's refreshing to work with companies like them who are keen to make a major difference to such a vital scheme.'
