Neaco’s design team has developed another superb architectural innovation with the launch of their Clearline Structural Glass system offering a superior combination of strength, safety and style.

This outstanding new product provides a high aesthetic solution combining smooth, clean lines and minimalist looks with maximum visibility and the durability to cope with high traffic areas. Suitable for both external and internal use, the free standing balustrade requires no supporting uprights - continuous glass is fixed in place by aluminium floor channels with integrated rubber seals which insulate the glass and eliminate the need for the more traditional messy mastic detail.

Clearline glass is toughened in accordance with BS EN12600 class 1 with options including clear or tinted grey, bronze, green or blue with the option of acid etching or an applied emblem/logo. The range also includes a low Iron glass option offering a noticeably clearer panel than the inherent green cast of standard clear float glass used in balustrade applications. The glass is capped by an aluminium top rail which is warm and comfortable to the touch with a nylon coated finish available in a choice of solid or metallic colours.

Clearline is ideal for buildings likely to be used by children, where safety on staircases and landings is paramount - the system is very difficult for children to climb and there are no gaps through which they could pass. The range also includes Clearview balconies which are available with durable aluminium decking that provides a 74% contact area on the surface yet drains water quickly and efficiently.

In addition to balustrade and structural glass systems, Neaco’s product portfolio includes modular and Juliet balconies available in satin polished stainless steel or nylon coated aluminium. All systems are characterized by superior contemporary aesthetics combined with maintenance-free durability.
