Now available in a choice of new-look, handy-sized tins from most leading decorative trade retailers, Butinox has been rigorously tested in the harsh Norwegian climate and features the latest alkyd and acrylic resin paint technology for improved weather protection qualities.
Ideal for fencing, decking, cladding, fascias and a multitude of other exterior timber applications, Butinox offers the double benefit of a beautiful natural look with the guarantee of many years of maintenance-free protection for all types of wood.
Quick-to-apply using either a brush or a roller, the flexible and water resistant range comprises three exterior woodstains - Butinox 1, 2 and 3, as well as a high performance primer. It is available in a selection of eye- catching colours including most RAL BS4800 shades.
Butinox 1 is an advanced translucent woodstain, designed for a variety of exterior applications including newly primed, previously stained or pressure impregnated wood and provides excellent protection for up to five years.
Butinox 2 is an easy-to-apply, single coat, hardwearing breathable opaque stain providing up to six years protection, which is suitable for new and existing wood applications including fencing and timber buildings.
Butinox 3 - an opaque, water-based formulation - offers the best performance and the longest service of all the stains within the range with a maintenance cycle of eight years.
Product is suitable for all round weather protecting a wide range of timber applications in the harshest of environments including timber eaves, fascias and windows.
An easy-to-apply, fast acting and colourless Butinox-specific timber primer is also available. Suitable for all types of hard and soft woods, it can be easily over painted eight hours after first application.
The Butinox range is available in one, three and 10 litre tins and can be quickly and easily mixed in-store to match most colour specifications.
