 | | ALTRO’S NEW SPORTS FLOORING PUTS A SPRING IN YOUR STEP | | | Altro Limited | | 08/07/2008 | | | Interior surfaces specialists, Altro, has joined forces with 4Runner and sport surface manufacturers Mondo, to launch a range of premier sprung sports flooring products – Altro Mondoflex™ and Altro Mondosport I & Wood™.
The new flooring range offers durability and exceptional performance without compromising on style or budget. Altro Mondoflex™ is 4mm rubber flooring and is available in 10 colours including wood, blue, green, orange and grey. Mondosport I & Wood™ is a 3.5mm vinyl and are available in eight colours, from vivid red to subtle grey to maple.
This combined sprung floor system for internal applications is easy to maintain, attractive and durable. It also features impact absorption for high quality sports performance. Both products comply with Sport England Design Guidance by providing shock absorption which exceeds 45%. This is considered essential to achieve optimum protection for athletes against impact damage. They also meet the new European Standard BSEN 14904, category A4, for indoor area elastic sports floors.
