Among a umber of new products being seen for the first time on the Advanced Engineering stand (Stand 210, Hall 6) is the revolutionary new QX-60™. Developed to destroy bacteria, fungi and other microbes growing on evaporator coils, QX-60 helps optimise system efficiency and plays a key role in minimising energy bills.
Independent tests have proved QX-60™ to be so powerful that it kills 99.9% of all bacteria and fungi, on contact, in 60 seconds or less… ten times quicker than conventional products.
Advanced Engineering Ltd is unique in deploying this new-generation fast-kill disinfectant – QX-60™ – which is effective against a huge list of micro-organisms that includes such feared names as Legionella, P. aeruginosa, E. coli, E. hirae, S. aureous, A. Niger and C. albicans.
Also on show for the first time at Chillventa will be a series of products designed to make testing condensate pumps and lines safe and easy. Squeezy is a durable plastic pump-priming bottle which does not have to be inverted to squeeze liquid out. This allows the engineer to spray the pump-priming fluid easily into the condensate tray. Squeezy also features a swan neck that not only allows engineers to get into difficult spaces but also fits onto standard condensate drain lines for extra flexibility.
To work in conjunction with Squeezy, Advanced has created Prime & Cleanse. Diluted with a little tap water, Prime & Cleanse is a highly visible pink colour – making it easy to see in condensate drain lines, and allowing engineers to check that they are flowing correctly and the pump is working.
Prime & Cleanse also contains QX-60, which kills 99.9% of germs in 60 seconds or less, and a light cleaning solution to remove the residues from the installation. It is also ideal for removing heavier grease and grime/algae that may be present in older systems.
For convenience, Advanced has packaged these into the Squeezy Kit which contains a Squeezy bottle, a flexible pipe to attach the spout and a one-shot bottle of Prime & Cleanse so there is no measuring involved.
