HRM LAUNCHES EASY-FIT SYSTEM X-TERNAL CONDENSING BOILER

A new high efficiency condensing system version of the space saving X-ternal wall mounted oil fired boiler has been launched by HRM Boilers. Designed for homes and new build or refurbishment projects where space is at a premium, System X-ternal is a 12/14kW appliance.

System X-ternal does not take up space inside the home. As the name implies, the heat exchanger and combustion equipment is externally mounted in a compact secure casing measuring just (HxWxD) 725 x 696 x 395mm. Not only does this exclude kerosene odours from the home, but System X-ternal can be routinely serviced without entering the home, is quiet and unobtrusive and has a rustproof and stylish fibreglass casing. The option of a brown or cream casing ensures that the boiler can blend into any environment.

Installation is straightforward and fast as the boiler includes an integrated balanced flue, circulating pump and expansion vessel. The single pipe oil supply to the System X-ternal also simplifies installation and results in safer operation during the boiler’s life.

System X-ternal utilises a compact twin chamber single unit heat exchanger which it shares with HRM’s market leading and proven Wallstar boiler range. A choice of either Ecoflam or EOGB burners is also available, enabling the installer to select their preference at time of ordering. Everything needed for successful installation is included with the boiler, even down the to the condensate trap.

The high efficiency condensing System X-ternal boiler is SEDBUK B rated, thereby meeting the energy efficiency requirements of current building regulations. Utilising similar technology, HRM Boilers will shortly be introducing a condensing Combi boiler to the UK market.
