Utilising Air Source Heat - Our range of Air Source Heat Pumps utilise heat in the air converting this energy into an economically viable renewable heating and ventilation system. The costs are minimal as the systems utilises a free energy source from the air and the output heat energy is up to 4 times the electrical input power

How does it work?

Air Source Heat Pumps work on a similar logic to a fridge freezer working in reverse by extracting waste heat from the air to heat hot water systems.

Installation

Air Source Heat Pumps are easy to install compared to some other renewables source as ground to air heat exchange which requires underground loops or bore holes. All your property needs is an exterior wall to bolt the air source heat pump unit onto. Underfloor heating is an ideal partner to an Air Source Heat Pump system. Underfloor heating requires lower between 45–55°C (as opposed to 75°C or over for radiators) this makes for an even more efficient heating system. Air Source Heat Pumps are ideally suited to retro fitting and new builds.
