Drainage solutions for the civils customer is the focus of a new campaign by Drain Center, part of the Wolseley UK group.
For the first time a Drain Center guide is dedicated to civils products, from leading brands such as Wavin, Polypipe Civils, Marley and GPS. The Drain Center civils handbook features broader product ranges, and additional technical guidance on subjects such as below ground drainage, waste water management and geotechnics. Also included are product listings, product features, case studies and information on complementary products and services available from other Wolseley UK brands, such as Hire Center and Build Center.
An exciting part of Drain Center's Civils campaign is a competition for customers, with a football World Cup theme. As customers 'qualify' for each round they win increasingly valuable prizes, including trips to the World Cup in Germany where they will be hosted at matches by Drain Center.
'We have focused on civils to meet the demand for such a reference tool, from a wide range of customers, including civil engineers, contractors, estimators, groundworkers, local authorities and utility companies' said brand director Paul Gordon. 'We see this guide becoming a sort of 'bible' for the industry.'
Drain Center's increased civils offering is available through a nationwide network of 28 specialist Civils branches. Civils products can be ordered from any of the 114 Drain Center branches, but the 28 Civils branches carry an increased stock, and their staff are particularly knowledgeable about these product areas. Branches also work closely with a team of specialist key account managers, who visit customers in the field.
