Adam Carter has been appointed Business Development Manager at Ely based sealed unit specialists Holloseal. A graduate in Business Management at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, Adam joined the company early in 2005. He certainly hasn't hung around since then having spent the time experiencing, in a very busy organisation, every discipline of both administration and production plus gaining considerable knowledge of all the material specifications, glass types and their application.
He has recently taken full responsibility for production planning of glass processing including cutting, toughening and sealed unit manufacturing, which is of course a bespoke service for each and every customer. Also with the company's commitment to quality and compliance to relevant standards and energy ratings, Adam commented, 'My major objective is to provide optimum customer satisfaction by making certain we continue to give the high level of service our customers have become used to together with the flexibility of product we provide and the high quality they and their customers need'.
