Vista System International, a fast growing Israel based pioneer and world leader in Modular Curved Frame (MCFT) Technology, recently had its Vista MCFT way finding signs supplied through The Gryph Group of Ontario, Canada and used by Les Industries Scriptam Inc. of Quebec City, Canada for an installation at the elegant Hotel Chateau in the quaint, historical section of Quebec City. The signs were supplied in Vista gold anodised aluminium which reinforces corporate branding and matches decor of the surroundings. The installation is covered in detail including a large number of project photographs.
It was critical at the Hotel Chateau installation for the signs to both blend in with the setting and simultaneously provide clear information. Another critical requirement was for the signs to provide the guests with an easy to read informative sign system without being obtrusive. These signs needed to be part of the hotel, yet could not stand out like a sore thumb. The hotel contains lots of rich wood finishes and this needed to be complemented with the signs blending in and being practical and informative. The solution was to find an elegant sign system that would perform; Vista's gold anodised aluminium profiles were a perfect match.
Phase 1 of the recently completed Hotel Chateau project was time sensitive, due one month from order date. It covered signage in such areas as stairs and rooms, bathrooms, halls, and its restaurant. The challenge was to get everything completed in time with minimal fuss. This was achieved with the help of Vista System International and The Gryph Group Vista's Canadian distributor, gave information in advance and were helpful by being on hand helping with any problems that arose, solving all issues before they became troublesome. As a result, the project ran smoothly. 'Vista produced all the required signs, many of which were custom designed according to the customer's specifications, 3 weeks after receiving the order. Supply was hassle free, meeting the rigorous quality standards of Vista System International. Although cost was a secondary consideration, the Vista signage solution met all the project needs and was economically priced'. According to a Les Industries Scriptam spokesperson, 'With all the tools and catalogues supplied to us, it was easy to close the deal. It was especially helpful to be able to show the client samples and to have literature in both English and French.'
