 | | WALK-THROUGH ANIMATION BRINGS DESIGNS AND DRAWINGS TO LIFE | | | 3D Virtual | | 05/10/2006 | | | Architects, developers, interior designers and product designers are using the new service launched by 3D Virtual to bring their drawings to life with high quality computer animation and 3D visualisation.
Drawings and designs are transformed into photographic quality 3D images that can then be used in sales literature, presentations, planning applications, giant billboards, in DVD or CD form to be shown on a laptop, PC, screen or website, as well as on paper.
Interiors can be created from sketches or drawings that invite the client to tour the design and view it from all angles. 3D Virtual takes the drawings and creates the project as a computer-generated image incorporating furnishings, fittings and decorations that can be changed or alternated until the end result is achieved to the satisfaction of all.
Chris Parker, MD of 3D Virtual says, "We make it easier for planners and clients to visualise and avoid any confusion over ideas and finished work. Buildings, rooms or products can be viewed from every angle to see how colour, light and ideas interact. We can also place a scheme within its surrounding environment to show its impact."
The Orsett Hall Hotel in Orsett, Essex, is a Grade II listed country house hotel specialising in weddings, conferences and dinner dances. The hotel is making good use of 3D Virtual's video of images of their new extension plans. The Grahame Thomas Pavilion function suite will be built between January and May 2008. It appears on the Orsett Hall website and is used at their 'Wedding Fayres' where advance bookings for the new suite have been very successful.
Steve Haynes, owner of Orsett Hall, comments, "We have the 3D Virtual Tour set up in our Reception area. It has attracted great attention from visitors interested in booking weddings or large corporate events in the future. It has given people an insight into what the new function suite will look like and is a fantastic attraction." | |
