Popular presenter of Gardeners World, Joe Swift, will be making a 3 day appearance at this year's Show House Exhibition 2006. Swift's landscape design company, `Modular Garden' will be amongst those from the best in the housebuilding business across the UK exhibiting at this year's prestigious Show House Exhibition 2006.
The creators of Showhouse Magazine, Blendon communications, launched the inaugural Show House Exhibition last year. Due to its outstanding success the show will be held again this year from the 3rd - 5th October 2006 at ExCel London. This is a major showcase exhibition for creative and innovative products and services for the house building industry. There will be a variety of exhibitors offering solutions and new product services ranging from kitchens to interior design, finance support, landscaping solutions and more. Many MD's, senior directors and sales and marketing personnel along with other key decision makers will be attending the exhibition, thus confirming its status as the must see show for the industry.
Joining hundreds of exhibitors at the show, `Modular Garden' was initiated in 2003 by three good friends, all with different but highly complimentary skills and knowledge to bring to the industry. Modular Garden, as the name suggests, works with the environment and finds creative and innovative solutions for outdoor space which can be enjoyed in the British climate. Joe Swift, Director of `Modular Garden' and regular presenter of Gardeners World, comments, 'We work with major developers and private clients and can offer a bespoke service to suit both. The industry, as a result of purchaser's demands, is beginning to recognise that the garden is an integral part of any development and truly adds value to the living environment as a whole and to individual homes without question.' So why does Modular Garden want to exhibit at the Show House Exhibition this year? Joe went on to say, 'We attended as visitors at last year's inaugural exhibition and decided this was the show for us. We were very impressed with the attendance of movers and shakers from within the industry and realised that the people we want to talk to attend this event - and therefore we couldn't miss it.'
Joe continues, 'We offer fixed and foolproof prices for the industry. When you provide your brief you also fix your price for the entire project. We then design, plant and build to that price. Our clients within the housebuiiding industry find this a really effective way to work in a complimentary industry - outdoor landscaping - which had previously been difficult to pin down in terms of costs.'
Joe has been a presenter/designer on Take 3, a regular presenter and designer on Gardeners' World, co-presenter on the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Gardeners' World Live, Hampton Court, RHS Tatton Park Flower Show, and design judge on the BBC's Gardener of the Year.
Joe has also written a book, 'The Plant Room', and writes for the national press, and often live talks about horticulture.
Joe will be present for each of the three days at the exhibition from 3rd to 5th October 2006 and will be giving Exhibitor seminars on horticulture.
