FERMACELL SECURES SEVERE DUTY RATING
Fermacell
12/01/2007
Fermacell’s IS15 stud wall partition system has secured a severe duty rating to BS5234: pt 2 – 1992 under strict BRE test conditions.
Andy Richardson, Technical Executive with Xella Dry Lining Systems, says that the certification - awarded to single 12.5mm Fermacell board partition system - demonstrated its strength and robustness. He said: “Specifiers and designers can save time and money opting for Fermacell board, not needing to check each wall’s duty rating.”
Fermacell’s durability makes it ideally suited to meet the needs of hospitals, schools and hotels.
