The new door harks back to a more traditional style, reflecting trends to restore houses, and especially kitchens, to their original period look. However, the new colourway is at the vanguard of a movement towards the use of inspiring colour schemes in the kitchen. This combination provides JJO plc stockists with a unique offering to customers – well made kitchens in an enticing range of styles, but with a modern design consciousness.
The new Heritage door features a detailed shaker design. The door has a double mount effect and strong definition around the central panel plus added detail in the framing on the outer frame. This is a statement door demonstrating JJO plc’s commitment to producing a full range of designs for the discerning kitchen retailer.
The timeless Heritage door is available in JJO plc’s new Oyster finish - the first in a line of new colours being made available to its customers and retailers by JJO plc. The current big story in the kitchen market is in colours, be they bold or traditional. Richard Proctor, Sales and Marketing Director at JJO plc predicts that during 2007 a range of colours far beyond those currently available will be the norm in the kitchen market. Oyster is the first of this new wave of colourways in JJO plc’s pallette. Richard comments; “Colours never considered before are being accepted as desirable as mainstream kitchen furniture colours. This is a first, and can be cleverly integrated into walnuts, dark tobacco and zebrano mixes. Similarly, anthracite and blacks go from strength to strength, coordinated with plums to deep crimson. The age of the monochrome kitchen may at last be coming to a close.’’
The Heritage doors are available in a wide range of units including base units, larders, drawer packs and accessories. Over 100 different handles are offered to match with every interior style and taste from matte chrome to antique brass and colour coded styles. A wide selection of optional extras, including shelf lights and halogen downlights, offer an endless combination of colour, light and finish to truly personalise a kitchen design. Prices start from £135 for a1000mm base unit and £561 for a 1000 mm three drawer pack inclusive of VAT.
