GX 120 (Gas powered nail gun)
Designed to increase productivity, Hilti’s new gas powered GX 120 can drive 1200 nails an hour into virtually any base material.
The product requires no battery and features a unique power gauge to indicate the level of gas left in the canister. Building on the innovative and highly successful GX 100, the GX120 is lighter and slimmer than its predecessor, ensuring improved accessibility into deep narrow tracks and corners.
The GX120 is also now equipped with a unique electrical fuel injection system to provide consistent energy and fastening quality in all conditions.
TE 500 AVR (Chiselling)
Combining power with safety, Hilti has added to its ‘breaker’ range of products with the TE 500 AVR.
The TE 500 AVR balances strength with working comfort. Not only does it help reduce operative exposure to Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome through a cushioned grip which is fully decoupled from the rest of the tool, the TE 500 AVR also incorporates a lockable switch to make it easier to handle the tool during long periods.
Providing moderately heavy chiselling for walls, concrete and masonry, the TE 500 AVR is ideal for conduit channelling, chiselling breaches and penetration for pipes in walls and floors.
Described as the most powerful breaker in its class, Hilti has boosted the product’s capability without adding extra weight.
The product includes a highly efficient cooling system with dual lubrication chambers, and is available with Hilti’s range of innovative polygon chisels.
DD120 (Diamond coring)
The latest addition to Hilti’s diamond coring system, the DD120, guarantees dependable performance and maximum productivity.
Featuring a powerful 1600 watt motor, the lightweight and compact drill features a 2-speed gearing system for optimum speed and torque, and has the capability to drill diameters between 16 to 162mm.
The easy to use DD120, which can be fitted with a water suppression unit to eliminate dust, includes an LED performance indicator to ensure it always operates at peak efficiency. It is also the first system of its kind to stow away conveniently into its toolbox - complete with stand.
TE and TE2-M (Rotary hammer drill)
Hilti’s new TE2 and TE2-M is a powerful addition to the firm’s 2-kilo rotary hammer drill range – boosting operative productivity through superior performance and reliability.
Featuring a 650 watt motor with forward and reverse functionality for 4 to 22mm diameter drilling, the tools new improved ergonomic design is ideal for installation work across a range of surfaces.
Incorporating 2-speed gearing to provide optimum drilling speed at all times, the TE2-M also has an interchangeable SDS-plus chuck which can be replaced by quick release.
SFH 144-A (Cordless hammer drill/driver)
Hilti’s new 14.4-volt hammer drill delivers the best power to weight ratio in its class.
Incorporating all metal gearing and impact resistant glass fibre reinforced housing, its powerful high torque motor delivers superior performance across a range of applications and surfaces.
Capable of drilling with Auger, Spade and Forstner bits, the SFH 144-A can drive large diameter wood screws and use hole saws to cut through metal and wood. Operating with a hammering speed of 34,200 bpm, the lightweight drill can bore easily into brick, masonry block and cellular concrete.
HRD U8 (Fixings)
Taking its well proven fixing design a stage further, Hilti’s HRD U8 provides a superior alternative to 8mm diameter frame anchors – giving contractors maximum screw driving speed, exceptionally secure hold, and increased resistance for greater certainty of correct setting.
Ideal for the construction industry, the plastic frame anchor is the first to be approved in accordance with the new ETAG-020 European Technical Approval Guidelines, and is the first anchor of its kind to feature a preassembled screw with two different thread types. The HRD-U8 is manufactured from tough, high grade polyamide and can be installed reliably over a temperature range between -10°C to 40°C.
All of Hilti’s power tools and chargers come with a unique Lifetime Service guarantee. For the first two years from date of purchase, Hilti will repair the product and replace all parts which are defective or have suffered from wear and tear. After two years, Hilti will provide a repair cost limit for the entire life of the product. | |
